Customer details can only be edited by users with Superuser access to the Customers section.
See User Group Management for details on how this can be set up.


  1. Select the customer you want to edit by clicking their entry on the left-hand side Customer List.


  2. To enable the form to be edited, right-click on any of the customer fields in the Customer Details Panel and select 'Override'
     
    If you do not have Superuser permissions, you will be prompted for a Superuser to enter their details authorising the action:

    If you are already logged into a Superuser account, you will be prompted to enter only your PIN in order to authorise the action.

  3. Once authorised, make your changes to any of the fields and then click the Save button .
