Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first thing the user sees when they log into the system. It shows them every customer, unit, and room that the user has been assigned to. From here you can see at a glance any issues that might need your attention, as well as a run-down of what needs doing in each room you have access to.
At the bottom you can see the number of exception reports on rooms you can access that need a response, and the total number of Identifications that need a response too.
Administrators of the system will be able to see all of the data for all customers, units, and rooms.
Clicking on a Customer – Unit will expand to show all of their rooms, clicking a room will open the Room Dashboard.
This dashboard is cached when you first log in. You can update the data by clicking on the Updated text at the top right of the page.
