MRS Web in MRS 3 is the modern and dynamic website component that shows customers the trends of results they have sent into a lab using MRS. MRS 3 Web improves on its predecessor by increasing user friendliness, improving the speed of retrieving data from the server, and by adding new functionality and new reports. With MRS 3 including many components of MRS AF, MRS Web will be able to act as a website that can host data previously dealt with in MRS AF. 


MRS Web is an Angular front end website, with an ASP.NET backend API to serve data. This means that the website is a single page application, which reduces loading times by just refreshing the content of the webpage on the fly rather than re-downloading the page each time you move around the application. This also enables us to cache some data which is not likely to change while the user is browsing the site to reduce data usage and improve speed.


MRS Web is compatible with all modern web browsers, we recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge*. 


*Microsoft Edge can be configured in ways that will prevent MRS Web from functioning correctly, if you experience issues in Edge, please contact your IT team to add MRS Web to the trusted sites list, this should alleviate any issues.
